1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Styx Privacy Standard ("SPS") protocol, SDK, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

SPS provides privacy-preserving infrastructure on the Solana blockchain, including but not limited to:

• Virtual Token Accounts and DAM tokens
• Encrypted messaging via Double Ratchet Protocol
• Stealth addresses and anonymous transactions
• WhisperDrop privacy-preserving airdrops
• Developer SDKs and APIs

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the Services. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The SPS protocol and associated software are open source under the Apache 2.0 license. The Styx brand, logos, and marketing materials are proprietary.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUEFOOT LABS OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
